6-DOF Motion Simulation Platform (Stewart platform)
The six degree of freedom motion simulation platform system is composed of six degree of freedom motion platform (by Stewart mechanism), computer control system and drive system. The lower platform of the 6-DOF motion platform is installed on the ground, and the upper platform is the motion platform. It is supported by six electric cylinders. The moving platform and the electric cylinders are connected by six Hooke hinges. The electric cylinder and the fixed base are also connected by six Hooke hinges. The six electric cylinders are servo electric driven cylinders. The computer control system realizes the six degrees of freedom movement of the moving platform by coordinating the stroke of the electric cylinders. That is, in Cartesian coordinate system, there are three translational motions and rotations around three coordinate axes.

Six degree of freedom motion platform can be widely used in various training simulators, such as flight simulator, ship simulator, naval helicopter take-off and landing simulation platform, tank simulator, car driving simulator, train driving simulator, earthquake simulator, etc. The 6-DOF motion platform can also be used in the fields of motion pictures, entertainment equipment, etc., and even can be used in the docking of space spacecraft and refueling docking of air tanker. In the processing industry, it can be made into 6-axis linkage machine tools, smart robots, etc.

For bulk order, we pack the goods by export standard wooden case (non-fumigation) which can withstand rough handling. For sample or small accessories, we usually pack it by export standard carton.

For payment, we accept T/T and L/C.

Two options, one is sea shipping (usually for bulk order); the other is air shipping/ air express (usually for sample or small order).
